Family fun...

We all bundled up today and took a trip down to Union Station. They were having a Thomas the Tank Engine exhibit (also consisting of every other kind of model train you could possibly imagine) and we thought Josiah might like it. Well, he did… And we did too! It was a lot of fun.

It was cold and snowy, though! Here is a picture of Josiah’s grandparents braving the weather with us:

Josiah doesn’t seem to mind the cold all that much. Here he is looking around at all of the sights…

After touring the life-sized train outside (it was full of all sorts of Christmas paraphernalia), we went inside. There were probably a hundred other model trains of all kinds and sizes set up in elaborate sets consisting of everything from small cities, western towns… Even Disney World! Here is Josiah and Daddy taking it all in…

After lunch, Josiah was pretty tired. We all headed back to the car, but it had started to snow pretty hard. As you can see below, Mommy & Josiah are rushing to get back under shelter.
